1. General Information

By using our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Confirmation of booking will be sent via SMS/Email once payment or advance is received.
The customer must provide accurate details (pickup location, destination, time, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).

3. Payment Policy

Fares will be communicated at the time of booking.
An advance payment may be required for certain bookings.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available modes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey – Full refund (after deducting any transaction charges).
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours – 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show – No refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Service Policy

Vehicles will be provided as per booking; however, in case of unforeseen circumstances, a similar category vehicle may be arranged.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service in case of unruly behavior, unsafe conditions, or intoxication of passengers.
Any delay due to traffic, weather, breakdown, or natural calamities will not be the responsibility of the company.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid ID proof while traveling.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Khatushyamji Tour Travels will not be liable for any loss/damage.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We shall not be held responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party services, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Travel itineraries are subject to change based on external factors like traffic, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used for service purposes and not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Khatushyamji Tour Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be available on our website.
